We will be practicing our November fire drill after 3rd period and before 8th period from 8:59 AM to 9:52 AM. All students will report to their homeroom teachers at their fire drill locations on the football field, except Mrs. Myers homeroom, which will be required to meet on top of the school, and Mr. Dunbar’s homeroom, which will be required to stay in the building to build character. Once all students are accounted for, they may return to their 8th period class. There will be an extended homeroom from 10:22 AM to 12:22 PM during which students will be required to complete a survey on using learning time efficiently. After completing the survey, students must remain silently in their homerooms and wait for further instructions.
The English and Art department will be available to meet during Learn 1 and Math, Science, and any other difficult classes will be available to meet during Learn 2. Between 4th and 7th Period, there are 7 minutes put aside for the Travel to 7th Period to ensure that all students have plenty of time to find their way without getting lost. We will be holding an hour-long assembly after 7th Period and before 2nd Period with two speakers. The first speaker, a Radnor High School student who has been unable to graduate from high school for centuries, will present on “The Perils of Not Completing Naviance Assignments.” Our second speaker, Radnor High School’s very own Mr. McBride, will present on “Why Fire Drills are a Waste of Time” while his Calculus BC students in the crowd take their test that has been pushed back for months due to schedule changes. Happy Wednesday Radnor!
