In the world of fitness, there are countless ways to get a great workout in. Many folks tend towards competitive team sports, such as lacrosse and baseball, while others prefer the individual challenge of a long swim. The gym is also a great option, but one effective workout method is often overlooked: At Home Workouts. This effective and convenient method is often overlooked. As an avid At-Home Workout girl, I decided to review the Youtubers I’ve tried out!
Before I do this let me explain the rating system I’ll use so you can comprehend my ratings. The rating will be out of 10 with 10 being the ultimate best and 1 being the worst and least recommended. I will also use the decimal point system (inspired by Mr. King). I will provide points for motivation, video length, frequency in videos and charisma. I feel these are all components that create an adequate and fun workout experience.
- Growningannanas 9.8/10
I absolutely LOVE her workouts! Anna, a crossfit trainer, is one of my top fitness Youtubers. She offers a variety of videos targeting different muscle groups (arms, abs, legs, glutes) along with full-body workouts. What I love most is how she pushes her audience—, even a 15 minute workout leaves me drenched in sweat! Anna also bookends her videos with a stretch to help prevent injuries and shares healthy recipes, tips on balancing nutrition (80/20 rule where you eat 80% healthy and 20% unhealthy), and motivational content. The only downside is that most of her videos are on the longer side, with only a few short workout videos available. So when I don’t have a lot of time to workout and need a short workout I can’t use Anna’s videos. Still, I highly recommend growingannanas for anyone looking for a challenging, sweaty workout. Anna also hosts a podcast, and designed an app called Grow, which are both worth checking out!
- Blogilates 9.5/10
Casey Ho, a Pilates instructor brings extra fun— she’s interactive!! Combining elements from both Pilates and ballet, the majority of her videos are short and tough. Casey, balancing accessibility and variation, offers a selection of both body weight and equipment-based workouts.. One standout feature of Casey’s videos is her charisma whether she’s talking about her day or her clothing line PopFlex (which she designs herself, specializing in workout apparel). This helps distract from the burn during her workouts. However, if you are a person who prefers a calm, quiet atmosphere while working out, her voice might be a bit distracting. Additionally, while she offers a wide range of pilates routines, her channel doesn’t include any cardio content. Luckily, Ho has a series of Youtube shorts where she demonstrates exercises without talking, so you can follow along without her voice if you prefer a quieter workout experience. Lately, Casey has been posting fewer workout videos because she’s focusing more on her clothing line, but I recommend her videos for anyone looking for a painful but rewarding workout! Her exercises are also especially beneficial for ballet dancers looking to practice at home or anyone looking for an effective Pilates fitness routine.
- Madfit 9.7/10
Creator of the new Madore store and founder of the Madfit app, Maddie Lymburner is the true fitness powerhouse. As a former dancer, she brings her expertise to a variety of workouts offering something for everyone. Her videos range from full-body dance routines to strength exercises using weights and bodyweight. She also posts stretching videos that help soothe sore muscles (I normally watch these after a workout to prevent injuries), making her channel well-rounded. Whether you prefer shorter or longer workouts, Maddie has both! What sets Maddie apart is her unwavering motivation throughout each video. Whether through an intense no-break routine or a lighter stretching session, her enthusiasm and encouragement always keep me going.. However, one small drawback is the lack of mid-length workout videos. Her routines tend to run around 5 minutes or 30-50 minutes, leaving a gap for those looking for something in between 20-25 minutes. Still, if you’re looking for a fun way to stay fit, especially through your favorite songs (including pop, k-pop, and even Latin music!), I highly recommend checking out Maddie’s workouts!

Whether you’re seeking high-energy Crossfit workouts, engaging Pilates routines, or fun dance sessions, there’s always a video. While there are numerous fitness influencers out there, these are the ones who have truly transformed my perspective on fitness and the fitness world.
