Haven’t had enough music? Continue to support local artists at this next community event. Thanks to the Radnor Township Parks & Recreation Department, the sixth annual Odorisio Music Night is taking place in Odorisio Park on Saturday, July 11 from 6-8 pm.

This free community event will once again bring residents and visitors alike to admire live music performances by local artists in the beautiful Radnor Park. Guests are encouraged to bring blankets, camping chairs, towels, etc. to sit on the lawn.
Additionally, feel free to pack snacks in a picnic-style way. Bring refreshments, sandwiches, or small bites to enjoy during the performances. Additional food will be sold at the tents provided. The event is free admission and has a welcoming atmosphere for children of all ages. For the sixth year in a row, Odorisio Music Night fosters what it means to sing and dance as a community under the summer sky.
Looking to do something serene and peaceful? Take a stroll through Chanticleer Gardens, which sells tickets for $15 for ages 13+ and grants free admission to children.

The Chanticleer Gardens are a blend of art and gardening, bringing you countless lush views of beautiful botanical displays. Chanticleer Gardens feature several areas including a lavish and transportive Asian-inspired garden, “The Asian Woods,” complete with plants native to China, Korea, and Japan. Expect to see a beautiful oasis of bamboo, magnolias, and hostas. Nearby is a water feature with a bridge and a koi pond with lily pads and lotus plants.
Chanticleer features another area called “The Ruin Gardens.” Built within the foundations of the original home, the ruined gardens create a gloomy yet romantic landscape, covered with beautiful vines that seemingly take over the home. The gardens are complete with large stone walls, divine water features, and of course, exquisite ruins.

To top it off, the staff create custom benches, bridges, fountains and other art installations to integrate creative, functional art throughout the property’s thirty-five acres. Ultimately, Chanticleer Gardens is a beautiful space that allows families and friends to spend time in nature and appreciate this summer’s blooms.
